Judgers and Perceivers
This is the final part of our blog celebrating our differences and today we are talking about Judgers and Perceivers. This dimension affects in the way we approach so much of life. Even in the way Jacolien and I have written this blog our differences have been very obvious.
Sensors and Intuitives
This is the third part of our blog series about celebrating our differences and today we're talking about Sensing and Intuition. To be honest, this is probably the hardest dimension to understand. Only this morning we had a conversation with our Stepping-stones team about how important it is to gather, both the information Sensors can build on and the ideas that inspire Intuitives.
Thinkers and Feelers
This is the second part of our blog series focusing on celebrating our differences and today we're talking about Thinking and Feeling. To be honest because I am a Thinker and Sharon is a Feeler it is very relevant for us as a team. As we said in our previous post all personality preferences are good and can be used to benefit the people in our lives. They are gifts. However, these strengths are not visible and like any valuable resource unless you recognise it, you won't be able to fully benefit from it.
